Breakfast is considered an important meal. However, a nutritious, well-balanced breakfast can give you energy and prevent you from eating too much during the rest of the day. If you too are fixed of eating same breakfast everyday, then keep reading this answer.
I will share with you 3 healthy breakfast recipes which can be cooked in less than five minutes using minimum ingredients without compromising of taste.

#1. Ragi Malt
Are you someone who prefers drinking over eating for breakfast. If yes, then you should definitely have to try Ragi malt.

Ingredients :-
  • 3–4 table spoons of Ragi flour
  • Tea spoon of salt
  • 50 grams of curd
  • 1/2 Lemon juice (optional)
  • Butter (optional)
Mix 3–4 tsp of Ragi flour with a little bit of water. Enough to make a paste. Boil one cup of water, add salt, add Ragi paste and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Once it's cools down add curd.
Gluten free rich in fiber, calcium, amino acids, minerals, and vitamin D.
#2. Banana, almond and milk
No wonder. They’re easy to grab and go when you’re in a hurry.
Just 3 easily available ingredients. Hardly any cooking involved. It is ideal for hostellers and people who are looking to have healthy and balanced breakfast.
Ingredients :-
  • 4,5 soaked almonds
  • 1,2 bananas
  • 1 glass of warm milk
Eat together, bananas, milk and almonds. It provides the body with high level of proteins, vitamins, dietary fiber, and minerals. Nutrients received from this diet are enough to supply the body with a sufficient amount of energy.
Make sure of not too quickly gulp it down through your mouth. Eat it slowly and mindfully.
#3. Sweet rice
Sweet rice is much-loved Indian breakfast food that has a number of variants in different parts of the country. Whether you like to eat it the traditional way with peanuts, curry leaves, or whether you love to munch on the 4 o clock. Literally it is so easy that it hardly requires any skills. Believe me It tastes like a prasadam at temple.
Ingredients :-
  • 1/2 Boiled brown rice
  • 2–3 spoons of cow ghee
  • 2,3 spoons of jaggery powder (for taste)
  • 8/10 Peanuts
Mix well those 3 ingredients finally garnish with 4 to 5 Almonds. Soo easy.
